About the Group
Built in Dubai, structured to deliver
E P A C Technical Services L.L.C was established in 2016 as a multidisciplinary service provider committed to delivering professional contracting and technical services. Working mainly on commercial projects — both new construction and repairs or restoration — the company built its reputation by developing seamless workflows with government entities and private clients alike.
As the work deepened, so did the group. EPAC Future Interiors was founded in 2021 to give design and fit-out its own dedicated house, and Luton Vision Electromechanical Contracting followed in 2023 to bring MEP delivery in-house. Today the three companies share one office, one standard, and one name clients trust.

Leadership & team
EPAC is led by a project director and CEO with delivered fit-out works for the Dubai Health Innovation Center, supported by project managers, structural and electrical engineers, fit-out specialists, planners, quality managers and HSE officers — a team whose individual track records span palaces, hospitals, schools and residential communities across the UAE, KSA and the wider region.
